Fra Tevere, Arno E Appennino: Il Casentino Fra XII E XVI Secolo

Giovanni Cherubini, to whose memory this volume is dedicated, was one of the major Italian medievalists of the last half-century. Born in the Casentino valley, attached forever to that land, he has devoted many studies to the history of this part of Tuscany. This volume is the result of a series of conferences held by students of Cherubini, or scholars related to him for long time attendance.
