This journal aims to help children in foster care express their emotions in a healthy way. This journal includes poems from the author's experience as a former foster care child, writing prompts, coloring pages, affirmations and reminders that their circumstance is not their fault and there is hope.This journal includes tips for dealing with their anger and space to write down their goals. The goal of this journal is to give children a tool to help them heal from their trauma and become resilient.
