Empathy Heroes

When a new child with sensory needs attends their mosque's Sunday School, Nadia and Nadir notice he isn't enjoying himself. He has his ears covered and his eyes closed tight. Nadia and Nadir try to help him, but he doesn't reply. They ask a teacher for help. Later, they discuss with their parents and teachers how some children have different needs and what they could do to help. Aligned to Common Core Standards and correlated to state standards.
