Mus y Wagner, una rata y un oso, encuentran un robot en medio de la carretera. Deciden llevárselo a casa y arreglarlo. Su nombre es Bitmax y tiene una extraña profesión: ¡es ayudador! Junto a los habitantes del Bosque Azul vivirán aventuras y ayudarán a todo aquel que lo necesite.
