Synopsis
This volume presents the proceedings of the closing conference of the project AtLiTeG (Atlas of the Language and Texts of Italian Gastronomic Culture from the Middles Ages to Unification), which was held at the University for Foreigners of Siena on June 3 and 4, 2024. AtLiTeG is an innovative project issued from the collaboration between four research units (University for Foreigners of Siena as lead partner, Cagliari, "Federico II" of Naples and Salerno) and aimed to study the language of food through a corpus of texts, a collection of historical terminology and a WebGIS-based geo-textual Atlas.
