I thought I knew what a bad day was. Then I woke up in chains, trapped inside a tower with a dragon egg in my lap and a handsome assassin out for my blood.

I've been transported to a magical world, responsible for a newborn baby dragon and being chased by everyone in the empire. I'm the next Dragon Seeker, a guide bound to serve the realm's most powerful ruler. If I don't survive this enchanted world, my dragon, Ametine, will fall to peril, and the kingdom will be plunged into chaos at the hands of an evil king.
