Author Elivia Savadier adopted a terrified Rescue dog, and a guileless puppy lacking boundaries, within months of each other. Her caricatures and cartoon strips illustrate their personal travails and developing relationship in their first two years of living together. This is her first illustrated book for adults. She was previously a children's book illustrator and author. Elivia is also a psychotherapist.
