Foreword

The Gospel of John is in some respects the most unique book in holy scripture. The first sentence, "In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God and the Word was God", sets forth the majesty and glory of the person of Christ. In mostly one-syllable words the Holy Spirit through John sets forth the infinite truth of Christ. Who can plumb the depths of, "I am the way, the truth, and the life"? In this book Pastor Don Fortner faithfully sets forth the glories of the person of Christ and the completeness of the salvation that is in Him.
