World society is a highly complex topic. From the point of view of various disciplines, the volume opens up new approaches. The first part deals with concepts of world society from cultural-historical, philosophical, economic and sociological perspectives, then with questions, problems and perspectives based on trade, finance, migration, religion, gender diversity, human rights and international law and last but not least with the responsibility of powers.
