»Digital Open Justice«The thesis deals with the legal and technical possibilities of the implementation of a constitutional digital public access to justice (live broadcasts of court proceedings, open data approach to court records) with consideration granted to the rights of the parties involved. In recent years, specific reform proposals have coincided with developments in the field of e-justice. Guided by the mission of legal protection through technological developments, the author presents a model to ensure up-to-date and truly effective external legitimization and control of the legal system.
