Die Internationale Steuerung Der Biotechnologie Am Beispiel Des Umgangs Mit Neuen Genetischen Analysen

The present work deals with the international regulation of the normative challenges of biotechnological developments. The assessment considers the patient "as a person" a benchmark and develops a proposal for an acceptable regulation beyond traditional aspects of legitimacy. The question how biotechnology can be controlled on an international level has hardly been investigated so far. Hereby it should be recognised that the development of biotechnology is dynamic, while it must meet legal requirements.
