Deepening and Evolution of Applied Singularity Theory

This volume is the proceedings of two series of conferences: the 15th Seasonal Institute of the Mathematical Society of Japan, ""Deepening and Evolution of Applied Singularity Theory"", held at Workpia Yokohama in November 2022, and the RIMS long-term workshops conducted from October to December 2022 at Kyoto University's Research Institute for Mathematical Sciences (RIMS), Saitama University, and Kyushu University. Consisting of four survey articles and sixteen original research articles, this volume presents a well-balanced coverage of key topics in Applied Singularity Theory. Each survey is clearly written with sufficiently many examples, and the original papers contain intriguing new results. This volume is therefore highly recommended as a valuable reference for graduate students studying singularity theory as well as for researchers from various fields who wish to explore its applications.
