Decadent Desserts: ...Have Your Cake and Coffee Too!

"Decadent Desserts was created after a friend asked me to take over a cooking class she was teaching. After giving it a lot of thought, I decided to create a class combing my two favorite things: coffee and dessert! I wanted to teach my class how to take the flavors in coffee and pair them with the flavors in desserts. After a few years of teaching the class, I created a manual from the many questions I received from my students. I later developed the manual into this cookbook to assist others in hosting their own Decadent Desserts events."
