COWASEE Tales: Stories I Tell to Friends

COWASEE Tales is a collection of short stories that have accumulated in the author's head or on paper over the course of his life.They are works of fiction, but most of the events described did actually happen, either to the author or someone the author knows or knows about. There are a lot of hunting and fishing stories, some revolving around some pretty serious camping, but some just plain stories too. Some real, some totally imagined. Most of the stories takes place on the author's family farm or elsewhere within the COWASEE Basin. The balance takes place where their genesis occurred, whether in South Carolina, North Carolina, West Texas or New Mexico.
