First published in 2012, this revised edition of Contemporary Art Theory, expanding on the work of Slovenian curator, writer and cultural theorist Igor Zabel (1958-2005), also includes an extensive essay on the Slovenian OHO group, and a new postface by writer and curator Charles Esche on the relevance of Zabel's thinking today. The volume focuses in particular on case studies illustrating complex East-West relations within the international art system after the fall of the Berlin Wall.
