Synopsis

The Compass of the Wise was written by Adam Michael Birkholz (Ada Mah Booz) reflecting the ideas emerging from the Eighteenth Century Golden and Rosy Cross, which sought to bring together Alchemy, Freemasonry and Rosicrucianism.
The book presents an envisaging of alchemical ideas in a detailed structure and sequence drawing on the work of earlier alchemists, whom it extensively quotes.
