Polo vive con su tìo Roger, quien se encuentra gravemente enfermo. Un dìa, los asesores de la Agencia Amable le ofrecen una solución rápida para poner fin al sufrimiento de su tìo. Convencido al principio, Polo se ve sorprendido por la aparición de unos vigilantes con una misión distinta: cuidar y acompañar a quienes lo necesiten. ¿Podrá Polo entender por qué el dolor no tiene la última palabra y descubrir qué significa ser el guardián de su tìo?

Polo lives with his uncle Roger, who is seriously ill. One day, the consultants of the Kind Agency offer him a quick solution to put an end to his uncle's suffering. Convinced at first, Polo is surprised by the appearance of vigilantes with a different mission: to care for and accompany those in need. Will Polo be able to understand why pain does not have the last word and discover what it means to be his uncle's guardian?
