Bullies Don't Hurt

A punchy, topical school-based story about bullying. Alistair is the leader of a gang who terrorise and bully not only fellow pupils but also inexperienced teachers. Ali himself is also a victim - at home - with an increasingly threatening step-father. As the threat grows so does Ali's persecution of the new teacher, seen by Ali as a fellow victim. At a moment of crisis the teacher manages to gain control of the class and Ali realises it is possible to change a situation and resolves to ask forhelp.
