Animal Science: Beavers' New Home: A Science Story About Forces

It's spring and it's time for the older beaver children to move out and make their own lodge. First they will have to build a dam - fortunately their parents will teach them what to do. Along the way, the beavers will learn about gravity, friction and water pressure - as well as the wetland habitat they call home.
