Analysis of Material Removal and Overcut in Electrochemical Machining

Electrochemical machining (ECM) is among the well recognized non-traditional manufacturing processes in industry. ECM is used mainly to machine hard or difficult to cut metals such as Ni-base super alloys, composites, stainless steels etc. An investigation on material removal rate and overcut of ECM process has been carried out.This book offers an opportunity to build analytical ability for easy understanding of machined characteristics of ECM in manufacturing applications.
