This two-volume set LNCS 13968 and 13969 constitutes the proceedings of the 14^th International Conference on Advances in Swarm Intelligence, ICSI 2023, which took place in Shenzhen, China, China, in July 2023. The theme of this year's conference was "Serving Life with Swarm Intelligence".
