In the Introduction, this book shows photos of friends of the author, many who were veterans of the Vietnam War, and many during the summers of the 1960s enjoyed Cape Cod while on breaks or vacations. The book quotes many experts familiar with international relations, public health, law and justice. During the section on comments, many scholars and studious reporters are cited, quoted, and commented upon their daily work. This book gives a snapshot, current event, insight into the temper of the times during genocide, warfare and sneak attacks, while most in our Federal Government were complicit or silent in acquiescence to genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity.
