We are pleased to present the three volumes compiled by Peter Nyunt in the series "Material for the Study of the Tripitaka." The Fragile Palm Leaves Foundation manuscript collections are a precious resource for the study of th Buddhist Iiterary and ritual culture of Southeast Asia. The present volumes are the first in a series of catalogues of Burmese script palm-leaf manuscripts in the Pali and Burmese language.
