It includes information about offenses that1. are subject to the Crime Victims' Rights Act 2. require sex offender registration, or 3. require or authorize driver's license revocations.The information is current through legislation enacted during the 2015 session of the North Carolina General Assembly.This edition replaces the 2013 edition and the 2014 Legislative Update.
