One of the Yearbook's main topics is "Europe", which is directly addressed in the contributions by Ingrid Piela, Robert Chr.van Ooyen and Massimo La Torre and indirectly touched upon in the essay by Emanuela Fronza. These contributions are included in the sections: "Life and Work" and "Legal Current Events". A second topic presented in the Yearbook is addressed in the section "Law in Art - Art in Law", which contains contributions on Goethe, Theodor Storm, Richard Wagner, Giuseppe Verdi and Ernst Jünger.
