Detective Matt Jackson's beloved wife, Polly, was the latest victim of 'Neon' - a serial killer who displays his victims among snaking neon light installations - and he can't go on without her. Unable to kill himself, Jackson hires a hitwoman, Iris - but on the night of his own murder, he makes a breakthrough in the case, and instead offers Iris the chance to help him find and kill Neon in return for his entire estate. But Neon is also on the hunt - and has both Jackson and Iris in his sights...
